Supplement is very essential for weight lifting. You can use the vitamins and minerals somewhat but you can get good and fast result from the workouts only. swimming is also a great exercise to sustain your muscle tissue.

Supplements may help muscle gain and fitness but the best way to gain muscle weight lifting and other hard exercises. You can use the supplement to a certain extent but you can get fast and good results only from the exercise .

According to me, This type of supplement may useful for body building or muscles gain but sometime it can adversely affect our body so try to avoid to use this kind of suppliments.
