According to me whey protein is very useful for period time.

I think during that time a women needs to control overflowing with aminoacids and contains Ginsing and Ashwagandha.

According to me the woman 's health is very important during the menopause.You can take the supplement like the fish and chicken ,milk is also help ful during the period time.It is per my knowledge.

Agreed with you in my point of view these will be really good for any women in period time which was fish, chicken, milk any way thanks
