Some step to lose weight,

1. Do exercise daily in morning.

2. Avoid junk food, oily food.

3. Drink more water in the day.

Nowadays Weight is main problem. There are many tips to lose weight. It is good to drink Lemon juice, it will help you to lose weight. You can also drink green tea to lose weight. Do exercise regularly, it will help you more.
