I think there are lots of foods and vegetables that used to burn your fat within a month or later. I always use take 4 to 5 pieces of garlic that boiled 10 minutes with 1 cup of milk and drink it daily in the morning 6 AM. That is also helps for your heart.

So many foods are help to burn fat of body. I think first one you should take honey with cinnamon in the morning at the empty stomach and Green tea then Lemon juice, Eggs, Cucumber are also help to burning fat.
