And because of this it is easier for the body to flush out, or eliminate such fats. Certain fruits like apples contain something known as Pectin, which is a substance that is known to regulate the fat being absorbed by the cells of the body. Pectin also promotes the absorption of watery substances in the body. This then brings about the release of the deposits of fat on the cells. |

These was all very nice information share about the food that helps in burning fat from the body.Green tea also helps in burning the fat from the body and promote good health. Other fruits like tomatoes,cucumber,onion,green salad,blueberries also helps in burning fat.
