So many foods are help to burn fat of body. I think first one you should take honey with cinnamon in the morning at the empty stomach and Green tea then Lemon juice, Eggs, Cucumber are also help to burning fat.

I always eat the Fat burner food which can help the maintain my weight. Tomato, nut, lemon are example of fat burner food.
