Everybody needs best foods with all nutrients contained in it. I always prefer to take food in diet which has lots of vitamins and other minerals which are needed for our health.

Nutrition should be focused more on food first which gives enough protein, carbohydrates and fat. After our diet is balanced, we should then use some supplements because supplements means 'supplementing' your diet
