How to place an order?
Please send us your requirement by email.
We need to know the following information for your order:
> Your name and address
> Telephone numbers
> Website if applicable
> Machines information, you want to order and quantity.
> Provide us purchase order at the time of confirmation for order.

What’s your term of payment?
We need 70% advances at the time of confirmation of order.
Balance of 30% pay-off before delivery.
Orders paid by chaques require three additional days to process.

Do you have expiry for quotation?
Due to fluctuation in raw material and operating cost, quotation will apply for one month only.

Can you arrange the transportation?
Yes we can arrange transportation for delivery in India.

What is the cost of delivery?
This varies from product to product.
You don’t need to pay transportation cost if delivery in MUMBAI, NAVI MUMBAI and THANE.
For other state and district transportation cost will be charged extra. We will always try to offer you the lowest price possible.

Do you assemble gym equipment at our place?
Yes we do. The machines are partially assembled at our factory so most of the detail work has already been assembled.

How long time takes to assemble the machines?
On an average it takes 1 hour to unload delivery van and 3 to 4 hours to assemble machines.

What Kind of warranties do your products come with?
Our fitness equipment carries a lifetime warranty on the frame, 1 year on cable & pulleys.
To save your valuable time we will provide you extra cable, spare parts and all the tools you need.

Do you provide distributor or dealer agency?
Yes we do.
