Frame:
Fourteen or heavier tube steel, bent wherever possible for maximum
structural integrity and aesthetic appearance. Frame are welded
for strength, rather then bolted, except where breakdown is necessary
for delivery through a standard door. Chrome components located
in high contact area. Electrostatically-applied powder coat for
uniform adhesion, baked to produce a durable, attractive, low
maintenance finish.
Weight
Stacks:
Solid cold roll steel finished with durable powder coat paint.
Every plate fitted with nylon bushing insures proper weight plate
and smooth guide rod travel. Drilled hole in cap plate provide
selector pin placement when zero weights are desired allowing
lowest possible starting weight. All stacks are supported by solid
rubber block. The selector pin is designed with safety in mind.
Weight
Stack Shields & Pulley Covers:
Enclosed weight stack is guarded to prevent bystanders from accident
contact with moving weight, creating a safer workout environment.
While adding an aesthetic complement to the equipment.
Guide
Roads:
Smooth quiet weight transfer is insured through the use of 20mm
solid ground and polished, hard cold drawn steel road with a hard
chrome finish.
Pulleys:
Cable pulleys are custom-made reinforced nylon with sealed lifetime
pre-lubricated ball bearings, fully enclosed cable pulleys have
v-grooved for maximum cable life.
Bushing:
Self-lubricating bronze bushing at pivot points provides smooth
movement and precision alignment.
Pad
Adjustment:
Our unique “Leaver Lock” system allows adjustment
in the user position. The seats on every our machines are engineered
to provide maximum comfort and to help ensure proper form. Tubes
are chrome plated with a milled slot to accurately reproduce position
settings.
Three
Layer Pad Constructions:
Backboards are ¾” Plywood, drilled in fixtures and
anchored with T-nuts, appropriate density, weight, and thickness
rebound foam is glued to the board. Seat and back pad have minimum
2” thick foam, wrapped with a matting layer. Covers are
double stitched, superior grade upholstery. Protective pad wear
covers applied where needed.
Pivot
Points:
Pre-lubricated sealed ball bearings in bearing tubes or pillow
blocks are fitted into every pivot point for precise alignment
and friction-free movement.
Adjustment:
Each and every adjustment is designed to be not only easy-to-reach,
but easy-to-use.
Handles:
Designed handles provide for proper hand position throughout the
full range of motion. The multiple handgrips provide the exerciser
with a multitude of exercise options with maximum efficiency and
increase safety and to convey a sense of control. Non-absorbent
gripping material provides extra security for user grip
Cams:
Unit specific design, matched to the appropriate strength curve,
manufactured of solid steel and cut with CNC plasma torch.
Rubber
Boots:
Rubber boots protect the facility floor while also enhancing safety,
as machines are less likely to slide.

Placards:
Clearly visible from the exercise position and describe proper
